The difference
AI does the repetitive part. Judgement stays human.
Most of a Power Platform build is repetitive: scaffolding screens, wiring data sources, writing formulas, building flows to a pattern, producing documentation. That work is well suited to AI assistance, and doing it faster is what makes a fixed price viable.
What AI does not decide is the data model, the security boundary, or whether the thing being built is the right thing at all. Those are the decisions that make a solution good or bad, and a person makes them — reviews every change, and is accountable for what ships.
We are specific about this because "AI-powered" is doing a lot of unearned work in this market. The honest version: it changes our economics, and we pass that on as a fixed price.
